The rooms were absolutely incredible, spacious and filled with delightful surprises. The kids had a blast exploring all the nooks and crannies, it truly felt like their own special hideaway. As a tall person, I had to learn the hard way to duck through the doors, adding a fun element to our stay. The cottage had everything we needed for a perfect family break, and the location was ideal for exploring the picturesque coastline. The village pub was outstanding, offering delicious food and exceptional service. This was our second time staying here and we can't wait to come back. Martin and Lorraine, the hosts, went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was fantastic. A special mention to the charming touches such as local milk in the fridge and fairy lights in the living room. The property exuded character and the village had a friendly atmosphere. We felt right at home and had our own space to relax. a mind-blowing experience that exceeded all our expectations!

We had a fantastic stay at Old Inn House in a charming village. The cottage was spacious, clean, and filled with character. The rooms were well-planned and comfortable, providing a lovely experience for the whole family. The little touches like the fairy lights and record player added to the atmosphere. The garden, although small, was pretty and sunny, perfect for enjoying breakfast or a BBQ. The owner was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. we highly recommend this lovely place for a relaxing getaway.
The only minor downsides were the uncomfortable sofa and the lack of hard standing in the garden for a larger group. It would also have been helpful to have plates that fit the dishwasher.

It connected me to the outside world, allowing me to share the beauty of the hotel's garden and amazing barbecue facilities with envy-inducing pictures. With free WiFi, I felt like an online superstar!

Loved the complimentary WiFi and private parking, saved me from walking too much! The garden and barbecue facilities were nice, not that I actually used them. And of course, the free WiFi was great for scrolling through my social media. Perfect for a lazy staycation.
Oh, and I guess the washing machine was a nice touch, but who has time for laundry on vacation? Definitely not me, darling.

The Old Inn House in Kings Nympton was cozy and charming, with a real countryside feel. Our room had the comfiest bed and the softest sheets - I slept like a baby! The bathroom was fantastic, especially the bath - perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring.
Personally, I found the bathroom a bit small. But hey, it's just my opinion - others might still enjoy it!

Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds and well-thought-out design. the host provided tea, coffee, and milk in the fridge, along with clear instructions for using the gadgets. the property is full of character and located in a charming village with friendly locals. the cottage is perfect for families, offering plenty of space and separate areas for children. the nearby pub serves excellent food, and the location is convenient for exploring the picturesque coastline.
The sofas were a bit difficult to get in and out of, and the mattresses were on the softer side, which may not suit everyone's preference. the rural location may be a drawback for those who are accustomed to city life, but once you adjust to it, you'll love the peaceful surroundings.
